With up to Intel vPro® with 12th Gen Intel® Core™ processors, the ThinkPad X13 Gen 3 lets you work from anywhere. Running up to Windows 11 Pro and with up to integrated Intel® Iris® Xe graphics, this business laptop can tackle any task. It’s also light and thin enough to go everywhere you need to be and, with a battery that can run all day, you can leave the charger at home.
The ThinkPad X13 Gen 3 laptop keeps you connected and your data safe. Its connectivity options include WiFi 6E*, 5G and 4G WWAN**, and it supports USB-C Thunderbolt™ 4 and HDMI. As well as several ThinkShield hardware and software features, it has the added security of Microsoft Secured-core PCs , a power-on touch fingerprint reader, and optional webcam privacy shutter.
The ThinkPad X13 Gen 3 laptop helps you breeze through virtual calls and meetings. As standard, it has a huge 84% screen-to-body ratio, a user-facing Dolby Audio™ Speaker System, Dolby Voice®, and two far-field microphones. There’s also the option of an FHD + IR hybrid webcam and a 13.3" WQXGA display with Dolby Vision™ that’s low blue-light certified to help minimize eye fatigue.
We use the US Department of Defense's MIL-STD 810H standards to ensure that every ThinkPad is reliable and durable. We test against 12 standards and more than 200 quality checks to ensure they run in extreme conditions. These tests cover harsh variables like Arctic wilderness and desert dust storms, including temperature, pressure, humidity, vibration, and more.

All our products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty unless stated otherwise on the listing (usually under the conditions tab). This applies to manufacturing defects or hardware faults that develop in the first months of ownership (between 6 and 12 months depending on the item).
All orders are posted with a VAT invoice in the box showing the date of purchase, price and VAT details. Please keep this invoice safe as it is sometimes required for warranty claims. You are of course welcome to contact us for a replacement invoice if needed, and we can also email copies if you would like a digital version.
Please note: Any item delivered damaged must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt.
In the event of a fault developing in the first 14 days of receiving your purchase, please get in touch with us as soon as possible, we will help you with troubleshooting and resolving the issue. If a fault develops after 30 days, you will need to get in touch with the manufacturer to open a warranty claim. This will usually involve letting them know what has gone wrong and they will arrange for the issue to be rectified for you. If for any reason the manufacturer rejects the warranty claim, or you have any other difficulties please contact us and we will be more than happy to help.
