On this website, all products featuring LCD displays are equipped with Class II LCD panels. These panels adhere to the ISO 13406-2 standard, which serves to regulate the acceptable level of defects and ensure your protection as a valued customer. In the realm of modern production techniques, achieving a completely fault-free display is not always feasible. Consequently, ISO 13406-2 establishes the criteria for how many defects are deemed acceptable within a display before it becomes eligible for replacement under the terms and conditions of the warranty.
Rest assured, this provision does not compromise your statutory rights. For your convenience, below, we provide details on the allowable number of malfunctioning sub-pixels that meet the standards, based on the LCD's native resolution. This calculation accounts allows for 2 malfunctioning pixels per million.
